One down.......

Tim's birth certificate made it back from DC already. We used a courier service; Laura, the Assistant Stork, and she is wonderful ! We had heard that the Embassy no longer accepts mail after 9/11 so finding a good courier is the best way to ensure your documents get to the proper place.
